Fair Pay Commitment
Door2Door Gaming believes in fair, transparent and equitable compensation.
We will:
Pay employees and workers at or above the applicable National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage.
Review pay rates periodically to ensure they remain fair and competitive.
Make pay decisions based on objective criteria including skills, experience, responsibilities and performance.
Provide equal pay for equal work and seek to eliminate unjustified pay disparities.
Ensure all payments are made accurately and on time.
Clearly communicate rates of pay, invoicing requirements and payment schedules.
Contractors and freelancers will be offered rates that reflect the scope of work, expertise and responsibilities involved.
Door2Door Gaming has a zero-tolerance approach to child labour. We will not employ anyone below the legal minimum working age and will comply fully with all legislation relating to the employment of young workers.
Where young people are employed or engaged in work experience placements, we will:
Ensure all work is age-appropriate and safe.
Comply with legal restrictions on working hours and duties.
Provide appropriate supervision and support.
Prioritise the welfare, education and wellbeing of the young person.
Safeguarding
As a business that works with children and young people, safeguarding is a priority.
All team members must:
Follow company safeguarding procedures.
Maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
Report any safeguarding concerns immediately to the designated safeguarding lead.
Never engage in behaviour that could place a child or vulnerable person at risk.
Comply with DBS requirements where applicable.
Health and Safety
All employees and contractors must:

Use equipment responsibly and safely.
Report hazards, accidents or near misses promptly.
Take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others.
Conduct and Behaviour
Team members are expected to:

Treat customers, venue staff and colleagues with courtesy and respect.
Use appropriate language and behaviour at all times.
Follow event procedures and instructions.
Avoid conduct that could damage the reputation of the company.
The following may result in disciplinary action or termination of engagement:
Discrimination, harassment or bullying.
Theft or fraud.
Intoxication while working.
Breach of safeguarding procedures.
Serious misconduct or behaviour likely to bring the company into disrepute.
Social Media and Confidentiality
Employees and contractors must:
Protect confidential business and customer information.
Not share customer details without permission.
Use social media responsibly when representing the company.
Avoid posting content that could damage the company's reputation.
Equipment and Company Property
Any company equipment provided for events or activities must:
Be treated with care.
Be used only for authorised purposes.
Be returned promptly and in good condition when requested.
Damage, loss or misuse should be reported immediately.
Training and Development
Door2Door Gaming supports continuous learning and may provide training in areas including:

Health and safety
Customer service
Event operations
STEM education activities
Gaming and technology equipment
Policy Compliance
All employees and contractors are responsible for complying with this policy.
Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, suspension from assignments or termination of employment or contractor arrangements.

This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as required to reflect changes in legislation, business operations and best practice.
